What is hypnosis ?
Hypnosis is a natural state of your mind. Every day you enter a trance many times and often unconsciously, for example while driving a car, reading a book, watching TV, dancing, meditating, praying, or while daydreaming. Hypnosis is an ancient form of healing and transformation that dates back many centuries. During hypnosis, you are able to tap into infinitely intelligent sources of information about yourself in order to change or improve your reality. The solutions to your problems lie in your unconscious mind. Hypnotherapy can only allow you to realize your inner power and awaken your infinite, dormant resources. Your unconscious mind can become the source of your healing.
Hypnosis FAQ
How can I prepare for the session ?
You can prepare for a hypnosis session by abstaining from eating and drinking coffee and other drinks with large amounts of caffeine and / or sugar at least 2-3 hours before the meeting. You can choose to eat raw fruits and vegetables on the day of the session to increase the positive energy of your body.
How does hypnosis work ?
Hypnosis is a state that has an extraordinary quality of mental, emotional and physical relaxation. During hypnosis, there is an emotional desire to achieve a chosen goal. Your body and mind are moving towards more balanced self-regulation conditions. This allows you to temporarily remove the influence of the analytical part of your mind and allow all parts of your mind to openly cooperate. Your thoughts slow down and you have the ability to focus all your attention on your chosen goal. Hypnosis liberates, concentrates and directs your inner energies, allowing you to transmute your daily trance into a complete trance happiness and success.
How will I feel under hypnosis ?
In a state of trance you will be able to experience:
- peace of mind
- deep and pleasant relaxation
- feeling of unity with yourself and your environment
- inability to describe a pleasant feeling in your own words
- change in time and space (e.g. a session that lasted 2 hours may seem to have lasted 10 minutes)
- an increase in your level of consciousness and an increased sense of reality and meaning in life
Do you take insurance ?

What are the side effects of hypnosis ?

Is information about me private ?
Yes, the hypnotherapist is obliged to maintain the privacy of the information provided to him, which he cannot share with anyone, only with the client’s consent.
Can I loose control while being in hypnosis ?
In hypnosis you will remain fully aware of what is happening around you. This means that a person in a hypnotic trance hears everything clearly and knows what is happening to him and around him. You can return to your everyday state of consciousness whenever you want. During hypnosis you do not lose consciousness, but you feel extremely relaxed, which sometimes makes you reluctant to “wake up” from this pleasant state. A hypnotist cannot force you to do anything without your consent. All hypnosis is actually hypnosis itself. We won’t reveal things about you that you don’t want to without your consent.
Can I not wake up from hypnosis ?
There is no way not to wake up from hypnosis. Because hypnosis is a very pleasant and relaxing experience, sometimes we may fall asleep during it, but just like from a nap, we will wake up from it ourselves.
Can a hypnotherapist control his client and make him do whatever he wants ?
Only the client is responsible for whether he or she accepts the suggestion or not. The mental attitude the client takes when hearing a given suggestion determines whether he achieves this change or not. Only the mental attitude “I accept, I like, I want this suggestion and I know it will work” guarantees its acceptance into the subconscious, and therefore change. Being in a state of heightened awareness such as hypnosis, a person will never reveal anything that they simply do not want to reveal.
Can a hypnotherapist heal me ?
NO. All the power lies within you, that’s why I call you a co-therapist. A hypnotherapist does not diagnose, but is only your guide and facilitator of your changes. Your Unconscious has all the knowledge about you and always knows what is best for you.
Can I be hypnotized ?
Anyone with a normally functioning brain can be hypnotized. Some people may go deeper into trance than others, but the depth of trance is not an indicator of success for change. For most clients, a light trance is suitable.
Did you know you automatically and naturally go into trance every day ?
Going in and out of trance states is completely natural to us just like breathing, eating and drinking. It is an everyday occurrence. Remember the times you unconsciously lock eyes on one spot and start reviewing your past or future events? You are in trance (hypnosis) naturally practicing hypnotic regression (going back to your past) or progression (going forward to your future) . There are many types and depths of trance. Every hypnosis is in fact self-hypnosis.
As a hypnotherapist I can guide you and teach how to use this natural state of mind to your benefit and develop and use the skills you already have naturally embedded in your nature. With my guidance you can awaken in hypnosis, heal yourself internally and live better quality of life.
